Tour Operator conditions

  • You must be a tour operator, otherwise these packages are not valid and you will pay the normal prices.
  • You must visit the park with at least 20 people.
  • You must book two weeks in advance.
  • After placing the reservation, the Sales Department will assess whether the reservation is valid. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from the Sales Department that the reservation has been made.
  • Payment will be made at the cash desk on the day of your visit or via invoicing.
  • The number of people can be changed up to three working days in advance.
  • With the placement of the reservation, the entire group agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the Park Regulations.
