Would you like to meet with your team in a unique setting? The accommodations spread out in two different world gardens, namely Italy and Spain. This creates a special environment combining work and relaxation. In a beautifully decorated room, you relax during the meeting and gain new insights. Mondo Verde has prepared four different packages for a meeting. A reception with coffee, a break with a tasty piece of Delicious regional pastries from Limburg, a light lunch, a networking reception drink, our team is ready to offer a solution that best suits your needs. This is why we also offer tailor-made meeting packages.
Package 1
This package takes up one half-day session. With this package, you will receive unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water for up to 4 hours. These drinks will be placed on the table and replenished by the staff.

Package 2
Package consists of a reception, a morning coffee break and an afternoon coffee break.
During the reception you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
- Vlaai
During the morning coffee break you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
During the afternoon coffee break you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
- Various soft drinks
- Small Dutch fried snacks

Package 3
Package 3 consists of a reception, a morning coffee break, a lunch buffet and an afternoon coffee break.

During the morning coffee break you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
During the lunch buffet you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
- Vegetable soup
- Various types of bread
- Various cold meats, including salami, ham and sandwich sausage
- Various types of cheese, including young mature cheese and cumin cheese.
During the afternoon coffee break you will receive:
- Unlimited coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water

Package 4
Package 4 consists of a reception, a morning coffee break, a lunch buffet, an afternoon coffee break and a networking reception.
During the reception you will receive:

During the networking reception (lasting 1 hour), you will receive an open bar including:
- Mineral water
- Various soft drinks
- Various fruit juices, including orange juice and apple juice

- Various luxury snacks served on a platter (counting 3 snacks per person)

Meeting rooms
The meeting rooms in Mondo Verde are not located on the edge of the park, but in certain world gardens. At the two catering facilities, we have four rooms available for a meeting. The meeting rooms include the following: chairs, tables and possibly a speaking table. Any beamer must be hired externally or brought by yourself.
Equipment available: all rooms have a sound system for background music, flipchart, notepad and pens.
Meeting conditions
- You need at least 20 adults to visit the park (in the form of a meeting).
- You must book 2 weeks in advance.
- After placing the meeting reservation, the Sales Department will assess whether the reservation is valid. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from the Sales Department.
- Payment will be made at the cash desk on the day of the meeting or via invoicing.
- The number of people can be changed up to three working days in advance.
- By placing the reservation, the entire group agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the Park Regulations.
